A North Carolina family’s vacation ended in tragedy when their 4-year-old son drowned in a pool at the Goose Creek Campground. At 9 p.m. on June 14, 2025, police received a call about a boy who had been found unresponsive in a pool at the campground. The boy was later identified as Brayden Clay Edwards of Garner, North Carolina. Bystanders performed life-saving procedures on the preschooler before an ambulance took him to Carteret Health Care....
