A Ypsilanti, Michigan, woman has been sentenced to 22 to 40 years in prison for the fatal shooting of another woman during a baby shower in Detroit. Shawanda Woods, 44, shot and killed Phebian Williams on October 15, 2023, after an argument escalated , according to Wayne County prosecutors.
