The post in question was made on X, and it’s still up, though Jenelle’s comment is no longer there. The photo shows her laying in lingerie on her stomach, stretched out on a couch. A comment underneath, which someone took a screenshot of and shared to Reddit , reads, “You go b—-!” And that would be totally fine, if Jenelle hadn’t left the comment herself.
This led fans to assume that Jenelle habitually uses fake accounts to comment on her posts, thereby boosting them and showing false success with her social media and OnlyFans accounts. On the Reddit thread where the user shared the screenshot of the X post, other users went in on Jenelle and called her out.
Another person wrote, “She was too busy editing her booty that she forgot to switch accounts.”
When someone commented to say that they now want to know how many fake accounts the former Teen Mom star has and how to find them, another person commented to them to share what they believe to be true about Jenelle’s online activity.
“Oh she’s definitely got her main and at least two fakes that she mega stalks on,” the commenter shared.

Besides being called out for the comment that Jenelle made on her own post under her own official account on X, she was also called out for the content of the photo. Because it is a promotional picture for her OnlyFans account, users couldn’t help but notice that one of Jenelle’s feet in the photo looks extremely dirty on the underside.
“It’s giving ‘I don’t need to wash the bottom of my feet because the soapy water ran down my legs,’” one user commented on X.
Another shared, “What is on the bottom of your feet? Is that dirt? I’m surprised the photographer didn’t notice that. Dang!”
On Reddit, in the same thread about Jenelle’s alleged fake accounts, other commenters claimed Jenelle said on social media that one of her clients on OnlyFans requested that her feet be dirty. According to others, however, that’s not the way to go for a professional promotional photo.
