As the one-year anniversary of dancer Stephen ’tWitch’ Boss’ unexpected death approaches, it looks like wife Allison Holker is preparing to start a new chapter in her life. Allison has listed the Los Angeles home she and tWitch shared with their three children for sale for a whopping $3.8 million, and judging by the photos on the listing — and what the couple has shared of their home since they moved in a few years ago — something tells us it’s not going to stay on the market for long.
The home is located in Encino, California.

People reported the real estate listing is being handled by Southeby’s. The home is on the market for $3,795,000, boasting 4,600 square feet, six bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and one partial bathroom. It was built in 2018 and has an open floor plan.
Allison and tWitch spent a lot of time customizing the house to their tastes.

They originally moved into the home in 2019, and in 2021, Allison shared her vision for her home’s final look.
“I really wanted the home to feel like a sanctuary for us where it was our safe space where we could breathe together and just create memories in this really warm space. And that’s exactly what it feels like,” she said at the time.
There’s no denying that this expansive home is gorgeous and comes with a lot of desirable features, including an outdoor kitchen by the pool.
Through the years, Allison has shared a lot of photos and videos of her home.

Many of those videos have been all about showing off the dances she mastered with tWitch, along with sharing sweet family moments and milestones involving their kids, Weslie, 15, Maddox, 7, and Zaia, 3. It will certainly be strange to see her sharing these moments in a different home.
News of tWitch’s death broke last December.

The 40-year-old DJ was found dead by paramedics at a Los Angeles hotel on December 13, 2022, after Allison alerted police that she had discovered her husband had left their home without his car. Months later, an autopsy confirmed tWitch had died by suicide, though the report revealed that Allison told investigators he hadn’t been struggling with any “financial issues or marital problems” at the time of his death.
So far, Allison hasn’t spoken about her impending move.

She continues to share videos and photos both inside and outside of their home and hasn’t updated fans on what her plans for the future are just yet. But after everything her family has been through over the past year, it would make sense if they were looking for a fresh start before a new year begins.
One thing is for sure: Whoever ends up living in this house is very lucky indeed. It’s gorgeous!
