Now that Hilaria and Alec Baldwin have added seven children to the family, many are predicting that they’re officially done having kids … including their doctors! In a new interview, Hilaria revealed that Alec’s doctor has advised him more than once to get a vasectomy .

Apparently, every time she gives birth, her OB sends home a special message for Hilaria’s 65-year-old husband.
“Every single time I have a baby, my OB writes down the vasectomy doctor on a Post-it, and I bring it home to Alec. He hasn’t done it yet,” she said.
They’re also not preventing pregnancy at this point.

Alec has yet to make the phone call to get that vasectomy scheduled, and it doesn’t sound like the couple is using other forms of pregnancy prevention in the meantime, either.
“I feel awful when I’m on birth control; it makes me depressed,” Hilaria confessed.
Still, she thinks she’s done having children.

“This is probably, most definitely, almost completely my last baby,” she told Romper. “I’m always afraid to say it. I was putting away my maternity clothes recently and was like, ‘I’m afraid to give them away, because then I’ll find out I’m pregnant.’”
Along with Alec’s daughter Ireland, who he shares with ex Kim Basinger, he and Hilaria have seven children: Carmen, 9, Rafael, 8, Leonardo, 6, Romeo, 5, Edu, 2, Marilu, 2, and Ilaria, 9 months.
She also loves the process of birth.

Although Hilaria did admit that being pregnant is not her favorite thing in the world, giving birth is another story.
“I love giving birth. This last time around, I pushed her out in a minute! Giving birth is like going down a water slide that’s really scary. And then you get to the bottom, and you’re like, ‘I want to do this again,’” she said.
Maybe Alec will get that snip soon.

But for now, the family sounds pretty happy with where they are … and knowing them, we wouldn’t be surprised at all if another pregnancy announcement popped up eventually, because Hilaria truly does seem to love babies. Who knows what the future will bring?
