In the video , titled “Michelle and Siblings Come Visit + A Cute Visitor,” Joy-Anna captured the chaos of having her mom and siblings visit her family, which includes husband Austin and children Gideon, Evelyn, and Gunner. Much to people’s surprise, Josie is front and center.
It looks like the Duggars are starting a hobby farm.

Josie was wearing a red polka dot dress and had her hair pulled back as she and Joy showed off the newest member of the Duggar family: a little lamb. According to Joy, the family has been acquiring small livestock for a little farm they’re starting.

The teen can be seen kissing and petting the lamb as Joy holds it. She then tries to help her big sister feed the lamb a bottle and stays close as they show off the animal’s diaper. Josie then takes the lamb and supervises Gideon and another child playing with the baby farm animal.
People can’t get over how much time has passed since we last saw her.
“Holy moly, Josie has grown up. I still see her as that little kid. Oh my word. I feel so old now,” one person commented.
“I know but she is 14 I think, I can still remember when all her siblings visited her in NICU, that was such an emotional video,” someone else replied.
“Josie is huge! so grown up! we love these little glimpses of the rest of the family,” another person shared.
Fans are worried Josie is dealing with health issues.

Although it’s been a few months since the last time Josie made an appearance in one of her sister’s videos, it’s been a year since her appearance sparked fan concerns. She was seen wearing a harness-type brace around her neck and shoulders, but no explanation was given for the device. It looks like it could be back — in the latest video, you can see something black around her shoulders and neck.
