
Megan Fox is opening up about a traumatic time in her life in her new book of poetry. In Pretty Boys Are Poisonous , she addresses that she had a miscarriage when she was 10 weeks pregnant with a baby girl. Megan is mom to three kids , Noah, Bodhi, and Journey, with ex-husband Brian Austin Green. She is engaged to Machine Gun Kelly, with whom she shared the child she miscarried. MGK has also previously referenced the pregnancy loss publicly.
Megan reveals some of her thoughts about losing her baby in her book.

In Pretty Boys Are Poisonous, which is out now, Megan references the baby girl who she miscarried at 10 weeks and one day in multiple poems. In one, she addresses an ultrasound during that pregnancy, writing, “maybe if you hadn’t … maybe if i had …”
She created powerful imagery in her poems.

She also writes, “I want to hold your hand / hear your laugh,” and later, “but now / I have to say / goodbye.” She writes another line about imagining holding her baby “as they rip you from my insides.”
“I will pay any price,” she writes. “Tell me please / what is the ransom / for her soul?”

The musician has also referenced their pregnancy loss . During his performance at the 2022 Billboard Music Awards, he dedicated his performance of “Twin Flame” to Megan and their unborn child.
“I wrote this song for my wife,” he said, sparking speculation that the two had married. “And this is for our unborn child.”
He ended his performance with a moving tribute.
“Go to sleep/ I’ll see you in my dreams/ This changes everything/ Now I have to set you free,” he sang, with the sound of a heartbeat following shortly after.
During an interview before the performance, he told ET that he played the emotional song for Megan when he first wrote it, as he had previously referred to the actress as his “twin flame.”
He later tweeted, reflecting on the moment.

After the performance, MGK tweeted that it “broke my heart to sing the end of that song.”
In a second tweet , he added, “I recorded twin flame 2 years ago today, the second half came a year later. beautifully serendipitous getting to sing it for you tonight.”
