Recently, a photo carousel that Meghan shared on Instagram showed her looking a bit different than she once did, and the change wasn’t lost on her followers.

“I see you drank the Ozempic Kool Aid as well,” one commenter wrote. “You used to stand out, now you blend in with all of the plastic Barbie Dolls on the shelf.”

Some even used her own lyrics to her first hit song, “All About That Bass,” against her, with one person commenting, “oh so we’re not all about that bass no more?”

“I learned a lot of tricks that I had no idea [about],” she replied. “I was working out so incorrectly for so long. I was running and doing cardio and my body was inflamed, always.”

Now, Meghan is speaking out.

“This is what it’s like to be a woman in the music industry,” she wrote.

Her body has been through a lot of changes in recent years.

After having two children, of course, her body has undergone some changes, and now, Meghan’s putting it all out on the table.

“No, I don’t look like I did 10 years ago. I’ve been on a journey to be the healthiest, strongest version of myself for my kids and for me,” she continued in her Instagram caption. “I’ve worked with a dietician, made huge lifestyle changes, started exercising with a trainer, and yes, I used science and support (shoutout to Mounjaro!) to help me after my 2nd pregnancy. And I’m so glad I did because I feel great.”

She added, “Here’s to celebrating talent, growth, and the power of putting yourself first. Let’s keep shifting the convo to what REALLY matters.”
