No matter how a woman gives birth, she is a warrior. But today, we are giving a shout-out to a momma who gave birth to a big baby without an epidural. You just won’t believe it until you see it.

TikToker Maira, @reynaybella on the social media platform, and her husband filmed her labor with their son in July. At first, all seems to be going great. Maira was relaxed as Raul brushed her hair. But text on the video reads she gave birth to “The biggest baby that day, Exploding every blood vessel in my face.”
Yep, we were scared for her, but we kept watching. Everything went relatively smoothly in the video, with the AJR song “The Good Part” playing in the background. But then, Maira opened her eyes wide, and we were shook.
Her eyes are literally blood red.
But Maira said, “Nobody told me nothing .”
She explained in another comment that she just wanted the baby in her arms. “Yes I hold my breath and pushed hard not caring of nothing, I just wanted him out because it was hurting me so much. I had blood coming out of eyes ,” she wrote.
Maira wasn’t alone. Other mommas shared similar experiences.

The comment section is always a great place to go to feel a sense of camaraderie.
“That happened to me and people kept looking at me thinking some one punch me ,” one mom wrote.
It’s happened to a lot of moms, actually. “all my vessels did explode but I had [the] tiniest baby,” another mom commented.
“I burst blood vessels in my face too, thankfully my eyes weren’t red like that however they were swollen the next day! And my baby was tiny! " someone else wrote.
The video scared a few people.
We’ve had babies, and we get why this is pretty terrifying.

Lots of people wanted help from the girl with the list .

“even tiktok search bar is asking for the lady with the list ,” another person wrote.
But most people just wanted to congratulate Maira on her beautiful baby.

There were jokes like, “that baby better say mommy first …. or your full government name. good job!”
Maira, girl, we are impressed. You went in and owned that delivery. Congratulations on your beautiful baby boy. He is one very lucky little guy to have a momma like you.
