An insider has opened up about Kody Brown’s feelings about his ex-wife’s new love interest. It sounds like the Sister Wives star isn’t too happy about the couple’s new living situation, which has Christine Brown sharing her home with David Woolley and one of the daughters she shares with her ex. But is he just trying to control her?
Christine has moved on from Kody.

Fans were shocked when Christine announced she was splitting from her polygamous husband in November 2021 after more than 25 years together. She shared a statement about her decision on Instagram, saying that the pair had “grown apart” over the years.
Just a few months after making the move from Arizona to Utah, Christine found love again with David Woolley.
It’s clear Christine’s kids are also feeling the love from David.

Christine’s Instagram feed has been full of happy, smiling photos of her family alongside her new beau . It seems like everyone is getting along famously now that Christine and David are engaged, especially Christine’s youngest daughter Truely, 13, who still lives at home with her mom.
Only, Kody isn’t exactly thrilled with the setup.
Sources have said that Kody is upset with the living arrangement.

He has allegedly also complained about having his teen daughter living with a man he knows nothing about.
Those close to the story aren’t buying Kody’s sincerity.

At least one person has told InTouch Weekly that Kody has more than Truely’s best interest at heart when it comes to who her mother is living with.
“Kody isn’t happy about his daughter moving in with a strange man ,” they told the magazine. “It’s essentially just about control. Kody will find anything to pick about because he no longer has control over Christine.”
Kody hasn’t exactly been a doting father himself.

People may have been more inclined to listen to Kody’s worries if he hadn’t already proven to be a bit disinterested in his giant brood. “This is Kody’s way now of trying to control Christine now with the excuse of his daughter, which he wasn’t and hasn’t been very present for in the first place.”
Ouch.
It seems like both Truely and Christine are very happy with their current living arrangements. Hopefully they stay that way as David gets to know the rest of the family a little bit better.
