First thing on Tuesday morning, Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown had some exciting news to share with her fans. It’s official: Millie is engaged to Jake Bongiovi — the son of legendary musician Jon Bon Jovi, of course. This is going to be one star-studded wedding.
Millie announced the news on Instagram.

She shared a photo of her and her new fiancé laughing as Jake wrapped his arms around her, with her hands in the perfect position to show off her shiny new engagement ring.
“I’ve loved you three summers now, honey, I want ’em all,” she captioned her photo, quoting Taylor Swift’s song “Lover.”
Jake shared a photo on his own Instagram account, too.

His post included two photos of him and Millie together — one with their backs toward the camera and one of the two of them facing together, getting cozy.
Jake, who is 20 years old, kept his caption short and sweet, simply writing, “Forever.”
Some fans are concerned that Millie’s planning a wedding in her teen years.

“A bit early if you ask me, but that’s fine,” one person wrote.
Another commenter didn’t hold back, bluntly writing, “Aren’t y’all like 12?”
Millie and Jake’s relationship first went public in the summer of 2021.

In June 2021, the couple made it Instagram official when Jake shared the first photo of the two of them together on his feed. As far as we can tell, they’ve been inseparable ever since.
If you follow Millie, you know that Jake’s been a regular fixture on her feed for a long time.

Aside from the major star power that Millie herself brings to the table, the fact that her future father-in-law is Jon Bon Jovi is a pretty big deal, too.
