Although Donald Trump is the person in power in the White House , his staffers get quite a lot of scrutiny from critics. That includes press secretary Karoline Leavitt . So when her name was brought up during an interview with Trump, he was quick to praise her. Per NDTV , Trump not only spoke highly of Leavitt as the press secretary, but he also complimented her appearance. It was a show of affection that rubbed many the wrong way.

“She’s become a star,” Trump said of Leavitt. If he had ended it there, it would have been fine. But he kept going. “It’s that face. It’s that brain. It’s those lips, the way they move. They move like she’s a machine gun.”
He added that he doesn’t think “anybody has ever had a better press secretary than Karoline.”
After the clip blew up across social media, including a post on X (formerly Twitter), users were quick to share their disgust with the president and his description of Leavitt.
One user commented on X, “Big Monica Lewinsky vibes.”
Someone else wrote, “A senile sexual predator saying the quiet part out loud.”

Another wrote that Leavitt “is a real bulldog” when it comes to standing her ground.
“Of course he praises her, she bolsters his lies,” a user replied to the X post. “It’s so obvious, how can you people support that idiot?”
